Q: I can't connect to my Apple Store

HHello pls I need your help people, ever since I upgraded to the 8.1 I have been unable to connect to the app store

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1

    Hi ..

     

    Reset the device:

     

    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

     

    No data is lost due to a reset.
