I upgraded my iphone 5s to 8.1 as instructed and since then all my telephone calls go directly to voicemail. Nothing has solved it. It is not a carrier problem either and is the same problem wherever I am. Anybody help??

Is your side switch set to silent mode?
Since upgrading my Iphone 5s to 8.1 all my voice calls go directly to voice mail.
