What happens when you go to Settings then click on FaceTime icon It's should say FaceTime below that is cellular Data. Cheers Brian
The button is not inside the Facetime App. Its in the Settings App in the section for Facetime.
Also both devices must be running iOS 8.
Both devices are running 8.1, both are signed in to her AppleID and both are on the same house network, but the button is not there in Settings/FaceTime...
No, the button is missing. I'm going to try taking everything else (my iPhone, my iPad and the iMac) off the network and see if anything changes on her devices...
Ok, the problem has fixed itself after shutting down the iMac. And restarting it did not cause the button to disappear again, so all is well. Weird, but well...
