Do you mean form iTunes Support ? If you do (and these are user-to-user forums) then whether it's possible might depend upon what country that you are in, and possibly the time of day (and the type of query, for some types it may be email only).

To contact iTunes Support :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
