can I restore my iPad without ID and password

I bought iPad2 for my daughter in 2001but ID which I used then now disabled (Old e mail doesn't exist anymore and I don't remember Password) What can I do in my situation I can't activate iPad. I can't enter AppleID which is disabled and password which I used to set up iCoud
