I recently upgraded iTunes to v12.x and noticed that I am no longer able to export each individual play list I have to a TXT file which I keep for backup purposes. Is there another option available for doing this now and if so, what is it? Thank you

Thanks, but that appears to export the entire library as an XML file. Is it possible to export only 1 play list without exporting the entire library?
Select a playlist first.
Then use File > Library > Export Playlist...

Thank you! That works just like I want it to. I just wish Apple wouldn't have deleted the Export Playlist option when right-clicking on the playlist to export.

I have the exact same question.
Problem is I don't have a File menu on iTunes 12 on my Mac. Alt or Ctrl+B are also not revealing any kind of menu bar.
Are you or Windows? Or does iTunes on Mac behave different or do I miss something? Can you post a screenshot of the this, hat would be great?!

Yes, running Windows here. The menus and keyboard shortcuts may be slightly different on a Mac, but all of the same functions should be accessible. Look under iTunes instead of File.
