more complete man page for pwpolicy

Does anyone have any more complete info on the changes in pwpolicy since 10.10 ? It appears to have a lot of useful functions deprecated. For instance, setting RequiresAlpha=1. I’m guessing these are replaced by an int in the plist but that parameter doesn’t seem to be documented. Even the example plist in the man page has obvious errors in it. I’m hoping for more complete documentation so I can push password policies to my users. Thank you.
