Cisco Jabber -- Cannot remove Address Book Plug-in

Running Yosemite on a MacBook Pro Retina

Objective: To be able to initiate iPhone calls via Address Book on my Mac.

Problem: Whenever I select a number to dial from the MacBook Pro address book, rather than dial via my iPhone, the system calls up Cisco Jabber (on my Mac).

Attempted resolution: There is a preference setting on Jabber for Mac that allows for toggling on and off the integration to the Address Book. I have toggled this to, "off," but this does not resolve the problem.

I tried to remove every file that referred to, "Jabber," but I still seem to be missing something.

Short of deleting Jabber, I cannot get the Jabber Address Book plug in to stop.

My apologies if this was not the proper forum; could not find something more appropriate.

Thanks for any help!

I had the same issue. I fixed it by deleting plugin files from below folder

HDD --> Users --> Your user folder --> Library (as this is a hidden folder, you may need to right click and open it in a new tab) --> Address Book Plug-Ins

If you do not see Library folder, paste "defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES" in Terminal app to show hidden files.
