Oct 28, 2014 8:47 PM in response to Kirby Kriegerby RMWsf,I deleted the plist file as indicated and restarted my computer. Opened Aperture and still no images in Browser of Split View. Shut Aperture and opened iPhoto just to see if it was the same - and it was - no images other than previews. BTW I have Aperture 3.6 and Yosemite - all the most recent releases.

Oct 28, 2014 11:03 PM in response to RMWsfby RMWsf,I then was going to repair disk permissions and run the hardware diagnostic but first I just rebooted the computer. And Aperture worked correctly! Not sure exactly why but it appears an uninstall / install / reboot was what was needed.

Oct 29, 2014 6:07 AM in response to RMWsfby Kirby Krieger,Glad you're back up and running. Did you re-boot after deleting your user preferences? Apple's trouble-shooting page should be updated — afaik, you need to reboot if you are running Mavericks (as noted) _or_ Yosemite.

Oct 29, 2014 1:51 PM in response to Kirby Kriegerby RMWsf,I don't remember if I rebooted the computer after deleting the plist. I think I may have just reopened Aperture under the assumption that when I reopened Aperture the plist would be recreated. So the reboot after the reinstall may have done the trick even though the reinstall was not needed.
