Q: Usage VERY wrong

Hi Try a Reboot Press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo But sometimes it gives iPad  boost to Reset to Factory Setup It' gets rid of any bugs You just need to back up to it cloud first And use the same Apple ID & password after Restore. Cheers Brian

Do a reset to factory default if nothing else works for you. This will clean out everything and reset things back to factory default, which wouldn't be a bad idea anyway, even if a person had no problems at all. It's just a way to get your iPad fresh and clean and the operating system in perfect condition.

If you want your iCloud Backup to include your photos, you need to turn OFF "iCloud Photo Library" in your settings (for iCloud). And then you need to delete the library too (in the cloud, that is, not photos on your iPad). When you do that, you will have to do an iCloud backup again, and you may find it will fail. If that happens, you'll need to delete your iCloud Backup and do it over again.

After you get your backups in order (and do an iTunes backup, as it's more complete), then you can do the factory default reset, using your iTunes program. The links below will give you more information ...
