ipad air 2 bluetooth not working!

I've recently received the new ipad air 2 and along with it I bought the apple wireless keyboard. for whatever reason the Bluetooth on the ipad air will not pick up anything at all. my iPhone 5S picks up everything but the ipad keeps searching and won't find anything, my computer and other apple devices cannot find it either.

I tried turning it off and on, then I reset it. then I did a full reset and wiped all the data but still no success. It's very frustrating and if I cannot fix it soon i'll try and return this ipad - what's the use of paying $1000 when the simplest things such as Bluetooth don't even work on a brand new device.

thanks ckuan.

whilst the link you gave me I had already tried everything there, last night I ran the apple diagnostics on the ipad air 2. once that was completed the Bluetooth started working. I'm unsure if the apple diagnostics actually did anything to fix it but for whatever reason it started working after that.

it had been 2 days of Bluetooth not picking up anything then it magically starts working and has been working fine ever since. i'm happy now but I don't know exactly what fixed it, but thanks for your help!

Mine also not working, I just realized when I tried to make AirDrop photo to my iPad Air 2.

My iPad Air 2 also cannot pick up any of my Bluetooth devices such as ONIX Bluetooth speaker and Marque earphone while my iPhone 6+ can pickup perfectly.

How do I get the Apple Diagnostic software?

Apple, can you help?

Thanks
