Flashback malware

Hi all


The problem:

after upgrading to OS X Yosemite most apple app has topped working, Safar, App store, Terminal, Facetime and many other apps, however iTune still working working fine.


The Symptoms:

whenever I try to open one of the above listing app, the app icon bounce once in the docking bar, background screen flash for quick and the menu bar for the app appear for a very short period then the application stop without giving an error message.


What I did:

I searched a lot in the internet and I find that's called "Flashback malware" however apple has released a tool to remove it in April 13 2013, I downloaded and installed the tool, but nothing happened even after restart.


Solution:

PLEASE SOME ONE HELP!

Java Runtime is something you can download from apple's web site. You won't find malware in files downloaded directly from apple and will not be the direct cause of future infections. To avoid malware you need to make sure you open files and software from trusted sources.
