Server 4: Mail Quotas per user: working?

We override the Mail Server's global Limit mail to 200MB per user in a couple of individuals' cases.

But these overrides never seem to take effect neither after

serveradmin stop mail; serveradmin start mail

nor after waiting a few hours to await any dovecot housekeeping task that might periodically manage

doveadm quota recalc

or whatever.

Can anyone show me proof that individual quotas are working for them? (Server 4 Build 14S333)

The Get Account Info in Mac Mail client shows the quota levels as the default at 200MB and not at the value we've set for the user.
