How to transfer simcard contacts to iphone 4

Hello

I have non apple mobile phone, with my contacts on the sim card

I have iPhone 4, I want to transfer ( upload or sinc ) my contacts from the sim card to the iPhone.

How to do that ?.

Any help

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2
