How do I migrate data to new computer

I bought a new iMac and it works great.

However, I have two old iMac's (mid 2007), one good and one not so good. I want to keep the better one, but the data I want is on the other computer.

What would be the best way to transfer the data to the good one?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

If the 2 computers have the correct cable connections, try the Target Disk Mode.
