I update my ipad MSD19E / A 16GB WiFi, but I can not download the application, I am left only black screen and itunes icon. I connect to itunes and an error window appears 4013

After you follow through with the above, make sure you turn off any anti-virus protection for the procedures with the iPad ... then do the Recovery procedure ...

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
