The "gap" between GPT#3 and GPT#4 is your issue.


The thread that you posted on has links to Testdisk and GPT Fdisk. If you can start the Testdisk discovery process, it should help you find the missing NTFS header, which can then be used to rebuild the correct GPT and MBR to test if Windows can be resurrected. If you need links, here they are.
