If you already have the unlock code from sprint you need to restore your device in iTunes and when setting the device backup it will ask you for that code. After entering that code you will see a message stating your device has been unlocked.
never ask me for the code!!!
Start over from the beginning.

iPhones do not use unlock codes, so please know what you're talking about before giving advice.
any solution for that, why spring give me the msl code??

yes, i'm trying get out from sprint and my contract expired 5 days ago...
If you followed Sprints unlock procedure you should be able to Restore your iPhone as a NEW phone and get a message "Congratulations your iPhone is now unlocked." This will unlock the GSM side of the iPhone so you can use it with any non-US GSM cell phone provider. You will not be able to use it with T-Mobile, AT&T, Straight Talk, Verizon, etc.
