Where did "Info > Advanced > Replace Information on this iPhone" go in iTunes 12?

On iTunes 12, I cannot seem to find the "Info > Advanced > Replace Information on this iPhone" functionality. I have a bunch of IMAP accounts, and while I could create or update them manually on the phone, that's extremely tedious. I can't seem to find this functionality in iTunes 12; has it been removed? Do we really have to create all accounts manually.

(Note: This has nothing to do with iCloud; this is for IMAP mail accounts.)
