I only just bought i new charger for my Ipod. It worked for 24h and then suddenly stopped working. I don't know if its a problem with my Ipod or the charger? I have bought so many chargers and have all broken in a matter of weeks.

- Try another cable. The cable for 5G iPod (lightning connector) seems to be more prone to failure than the older cable.

- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
i have tried and used about 5 different cables, it will work and then just stop.
If the charger isn't an Apple Brand charger, then it's not going to last long.
