Mail: unable to send from one domain

I'm not sure if this started immediately or shortly after upgrading to Yosemite, but it certainly wasn't happening before:

Mac Mini (Late 2012), 2.5GHz, 16GB RAM, 500GB, OSX 10.10 Yosemite, Mail 8.0 (1990.1)

I have 14 mail addresses set up in Mail (all IMAP). Three of them run from the same .com domain (via Heart Internet), and I am unable to send outgoing mail from them. All my other addresses work fine - including iCloud, Gmail and other .com domains running through Heart Internet.

I have done the following with no positive outcome:

Checked the outgoing SMTP server - all correct

Deleted one of the email accounts and added back as new

Deleted all accounts and removed all SMTP servers related to that domain from list in Mail, and added one address on that domain back as new.

Zapping PRAM

After doing some reading on this and other forums, I thought it may be a problem with my ISP or firewall. However, I can send from my iPhone (on WiFi network) and MacBook Pro, and have installed Postbox and AirMail (email clients) on the Mac Mini, both of which are able to send mail from this domain, and others, with no problem. So that seems to rule out ISP/firewall problems.

Postbox and AirMail are okay, but my workflow has slowed adjusting to new layouts. I want Mail back. I'm hoping I've missed something really obvious. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jo
