Change Default Card Doesn't Work

I have followed the instructions to change my default card. I go to Settings/Passbook/Default Card and I see the list of all my cards and the one I loaded first is checked, the one that is listed as my default card. So I check instead the one I want to use and that card is then checked.

But NOW WHAT? There is no Next or Save or Apply. The only way to leave that screen is Back and that takes you back to square one, the original card is still listed as the default card.

What am I not doing after checking the card I wish to have as the default?
