hello,
i have iPhone 5s ios 7.0.4 trying to update to ios 8.0, when i try to update with itunes it give me that error 3194 and when i try to restore manually using the ios firmware it does the same error, i have tried editing the HOST file but i'd not find it, also tried to remove itunes and its application and removing their whole folders and re installing and the problem still exist, i need some serious help here
