Hello,
I am new to the Apple products. So to start importing my audio files I downloaded the iTunes64Setup.exe from iTunes 12.0.1 for Windows (64-bit). My laptop is having Windows 7 Professional SP1 (64 bit). But whenever I am double clicking on the exe file, with a blink it's getting closed. Help me guys.

Try right-clicking on the program icon and select Open. If that does not work, try Run as Administrator and see what happens. Also, watch for the warning box about the program making changes to the computer. You will have to agree with that for it to continue.

Nothing is working. I tried the both way you suggested. Every way it`s the same result. Again with a small window is coming out for less than a sec and then vanishing.

See the Further Information area of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for download advice and direct links. I would start by clearing the browser cache and downloading a fresh copy of the installer.

I have installed the 10.7 iTunes in my laptop and then upgraded it to the latest version. And eveythings working fine now.

Glad you were able to get it working. Strange how the latest file would not install.
