Mac Pro (early 2008) running Yosemite crashes on sleep

Early 2008 Mac Pro running Yosemite 10.10

2 X 2.8 GHz Quad Core processor

6 GB RAM

ATI Radeon HD 5770 Video Card

Computer keeps crashing on sleep. I am pasting the crash log below. Anyone see a cause? Any ideas to fix?
