Boot Camp stuck on 'Downloading Windows support software' (Yosemite)

Trying to install Windows 8 using Boot Camp, but it keeps getting stuck on 'Download Windows support software'. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or is anyone able to help out?

Instead of downloading the Windows support software from the Boot Camp Assistant, try looking for your MacBook Pro model and downloading the drivers from the Apple web -> http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5634?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

After downloading them and copying them to a USB drive, open Boot Camp Assistant and untick the option to download the Windows support software
