has anyone had applejack running on Yosemite?

iMac late 2012, 27"/ 3.2ghz Yosemite----applejack 1.6

I have done the install and checked the files are where they are supposed to be, but do a Safe boot and no applejack. I know it is not supported for Yosemite and hasn't been for for years but has always worked till now. Any thoughts?

IIf I recall correctly, installing or reinstalling OSX deletes any resident version of applejack which, I suspect, is why you can't see it any more.

but I too am interested in whether applejack will work OK with Yosemite. It appeared to be OK with Mavericks.

if it isn't compatible, is there any equivalent?

Does it work in your normal account?

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work. The intent is to see if it is specific to one account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

Thanks Spudatron,

This worked a treat. Hopefully I don't have to type that each time because now it knows where the script lives.

Thanks again and what about applejack, still performing duty like a trooper. Reminds me of OS7-8-9 where software would run on your systems for years.
