I am not one thing clear through iCloud with the application PC if I wanted to put on the pc of the photos that I would like to see me on the phone is that possible? I tried it on the phone I only see the ones taken by itself or received from internal applications on the phone

I don't believe you can actually see them in iCloud ,that is not the objective if you read the Doc carefully
does not work if I put the photos on your PC with the application do not see iCloud on iphone

I only see the photos taken by iPhone I tried to activate the photo library to iCloud
