Unix Executable File Does Not Delete in TRASH??

Hi, basically i have a unix executable file which cannot be deleted from my trash on my mac. I have tried deleting and rebuilding the trash, securely deleting it, and even using third party applications to delete it, but it seems that the computer does not know that it is there. Is there any other way of deleting this file??

Thanks in advance!!!! 🙂

In the where section it says bootcamp → .Trashes → Trash

When i went to that place from my Mac partition, it said that i cant open it because i dont have permission, so how do i get about getting permissions for that?

Also I went back to Bootcamp partition (Windows 8.1) and found that the Recycle Bin is empty and there is nothing in that folder, so what do i do now??

The only reason this didn't work is that the file is not located in ~/.Trash. Otherwise, I have never seen it not work. Dangerous? Yes, if you don't understand the correct syntax of the command and insert a space where none should be, or if the suggestion to use it doesn't strongly emphasize and clarify what that syntax should be, in order to avoid a disastrous typo. No one has ever come to harm from a post I have made to use this command.
