I went to the apple store and wiped my phone and started over but stiil cant turn bachup button on

Are you signed into an iCloud account?
Does the iPhone work otherwise like Safari works?
Everything works normally I'm signed in It just wont let me turn on the backup button. I went to the apple store and they said to wipe the phone and restore it I did that didn't work
Try DFU mode and then restore via iTunes
