Old irretrievable iCloud account

I've just gotten a new iPhone (not necessarily new), and I hooked it up to my computer to download my music onto it from my old iPod. It asked me if i wanted to restore the data from my iPod, so I said yes. It restored my old iCloud that I changed to a different email. And now it's using my old email, which doesn't work when I enter my current password into it. I can't check the email because it's so old, that it doesn't let me log into it anymore (something went wrong with it, and it was closed down unless I can enter the security questions). I can't enter any security questions either because I made that email when I was really young. What do I do? I just want to get rid of the iCloud account on my iPhone, but it won't let me delete it unless I enter a password.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2
