How do I move a folder into my favorites in the Finder

I had a folder called "dwhelper" in the Favorites catagory in Finder. I recently did a system restore and it disappeared. After some searching I found the folder listed under the Go option in Finder and Recent Folders. How can I move it back to the Favorites? I'm baffled.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

You can go to it from the Recents where you found it listed and then move up to one level by double-clicking its parent folder at the bottom of the finder window. Then either drag it to the Favorites section of the sidebar or highlight it and then use the Finder File menu item Add to Sidebar.
