How to insert degrees, minutes and seconds in a cell. Need operate trigonometry functions

You could also use the Duration format to enter your degrees, minutes, and seconds and format it as 00:00:00 (which would be hours:minutes:seconds). The DUR2HOURS function would convert it to a decimal number.
In your menu at Help > Formulas and Functions Help check out the RADIANS and DEGREES functions. Also search there for 'trigonometry'.
It appears as you would enter degrees just as you would any other number. Not sure about the minutes and seconds.

Edit: 3600, not 360
You will have to convert from decimal angle to/from degrees, minutes and seconds.
the conversion from DMS (Degrees Minutes Seconds) to decimal angle is:
D + M/60 + S/3600
Thanks for you answer. I´m interesting in introduce 128º26'45'' for instance and then use trigonometric functions. Cells dont read that as a degree, minute and second format and that´s my isue.
