After reboot I get following report,

Might be corrupted Finder preferences.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist
Click Go then move the com.apple.finder.plist file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac then try the Finder.

Hi. This probably happened when you were rebooting your computer. Finder was closed forcefully. If you had windows open, Finder simply wants to restore them. That's all.
The solution you gave solved my problem. But if I restart the computer the second time even no windows are open, the report dialog still there. Do I move the com.apple.finder.plist file to trash every time? Any suggestion?
In addition it occored after I install iterm2.

I have the same problem but is not possible for me to open a Finder window to type:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist
Any other suggestion?

Open terminal.app.
Type
open ~/Library/Preferences/
