Q: Text shows differently on Firefox

Hello.

Textboxes in one page (only one of many on my site) show with the wrong typeface on Firefox, though seem okay on Safari or Chrome. Any clue how to solve this? (iWeb 3.0.4 / Firefox 33.0.2 / OS 10.9.4)

Thanks, smithoseen! It's all in Arial.

Anyway, I just deleted one text box in question and created it again with the exact same features and now it looks fine, and strangely enough, other text boxes that also had the same problem in the same page got magically fixed too without having touched them. Weird.

    Did you check Firefox on a  different computer? You need to make sure you have the font installed on the computer you are viewing your web site on.

     

    To avoid this you should stick with web safe fonts that work on all computers and include; Arial, Courier, Times New Roman, Verdana and a few others.

     

    Or you can use Google Fonts but those are more difficult to use with iWeb.
