I went to download an album that comes out Nov 17, but my account says I've already pre-ordered it but I have not. What should I do to ensure that I actually can purchase the album?
iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1
Does it show as 'pre-order' in the store (which means that you can pre-order it), or as 'pre-ordered' (i.e. that you have pre-ordered it) ?
You can view and/or cancel pre-orders (the section might not show if you don't have any pre-orders) via your computer's iTunes : iTunes Store: About pre-orders - Apple Support.
