Airtunes crossfade bug: previous song interrupts beginning of next

I don't know if this was already present in iTunes 7.0, but when I play some songs in crossfade mode while using Airtunes, a part of the previous song plays for about two seconds with the introduction of the next song. And I don't mean the end part of the previous song, but it's usually the beginning of the previous song that overlaps with the beginning of the current song. It's quite strange behavior. The way it plays does not even sound like a crossfade. It sounds as if a two second part of the previous song is interrupting the beginning of the current song.

Anyone else experiencing this?
