I have changed my phone around 1 year ago, and now i don't have access to this phone. But i have setted up my iCloud keychain with this number, what can i do? i dont have any keychain authorised devices to get login approval from them?

Hi,
I had the same problem and I did the "two-step verification and SMS" but I still have the problem. I tried restart the phone and re-login to the iCloud account and it still the same thing.
What could it be?!
