video looping question

I have some work demo videos that I want to loop on my iPad. I have put the videos thru iTunes as a movie (in .mov and .m4v) and synced them. The videos are on the iPad- but they're in the VIDEOS folder, not camera roll (nor under photos in the VIDEOS folder). So when I launch iMovie or any video looping app- it won't find the videos. The apps only look in the camera roll. Am i missing something? how do i get them in there? is it b/c i'm on a PC?
