Nov 3, 2014 12:32 PM in response to zmc-lwflby zmc-lwfl,That did not work. I deleted both my accounts, re-entered them, and then reset the Ipad. Same thing happens. Click on email - shows a blank screen, then eventually takes me back out to the main menu.
Any other suggestions, anyone??

Nov 3, 2014 12:36 PM in response to zmc-lwflby Star Traveler,Yeah ... back up your stuff, on your iTunes program and do a reset to factory default by using iTunes. Be sure to also turn off your anti-virus software that may be on your computer (it's not on your iPad, by the way ... :-) ...).
