Have you checked the purchase history on your account(s) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
Identifying charges : How iTunes Store charges might look on credit and debit card statements - Apple Support.
If you can't see what it's for then you can try contacting iTunes Support (but unless you it's your account then they are probably unlikely to be able to help) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
And contact your card issuer
