On my iPad calendar some holidays are listed on the wrong dates
I checked my holidays are on the right day. Tap calendars at the bottom of the calendar app then tap the check mark in front of US Holidays. Then tap US Holidays again and hopefully they return to the correct day.
hi bobseufer...no US is selected. I unselected it and performed a quick reset on the iPad...still the same, Thanksgiving is on Wednesday, Christmas is on Wednesday...election day is on Monday. It is confusing. The calendar is fine on the Mac and iPod...all software as been updated and it was wrong on IOS 7. Any other thoughts?
Go to the link below. Where it says tap this link to add a calendar tap the underlined this link. A calender is added automatically and you can uncheck the erronous calendar.

In settings, what day of the week is selected to be the start?
THe only time I had this problem on a device, it was a new device and had a different (default) day .
No day was selected, so I selected Sunday...no change. Thanksgiving is on Wednesday this year, as well as next year!
Thank you so much! That worked perfectly. Your time and thoughtfulness is very much appreciated!
