Q: Wifi Problems

Hi.

I have recently had several problems regarding my wifi on my Macbook Pro, primo 2011.

The problems started after I upgraded to Yosemite, but I since that downgraded to Mavericks. I did a clean install with Mavericks, but sometimes I'm experiencing the same dropouts on the Wifi icon. E.g. the bars show full signal, but can't access the web in Safari, other than that, when I click "Turn Off Wifi", it still shows full bars in signal and so forth. Once in a while it even says that Wifi hardware isn't installed.

I have tried resetting the SMC,  PRAM and all that but no change has occurred. I even tried all the other fixes that people have been reporting in with, like deleting all the networks I've been at, passwords for those etc. etc.

For some reason, it seems that when I'm using Google Drive to backup a ton of files, my fans goes like a hurricane, and then the Wifi starts acting weird (problems listed above)

I also did a Hardware diagnostics (pressing D like a crazy before start up) ran two test, first the quick one and the second time was the full test. No problems came up with my hardware.

So currently I'm running OS X 10.9.5. Specs below:

MBP Primo 2011

2GHz i7 Quadcore

8gb 1333MHz DDR3

500GB HDD (not sure why this is listed above the text field but never mind)

Has anyone experienced this before?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2011), OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)
