Q: Videos not syncing to iPhone

When I plug my iPhone into iTunes to sync and I want to import an album that has a video in it from iPhoto, the videos won't be on my phone and all the photos are't appearing either. iPhone 5s with a new Macbook Pro mid 2014

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

If you have the sync photos and videos preference selected in iTunes and photos are still not syncing, I would recommend processing the steps in the article below.
