Question

my music pause randomly, and i can't hear anything from speaker excpt ringtone

My music pause randomly. sometime i have to unplug than plug the headphone again to hear it back from headphone. And i can't hear anything from speaker except incoming call and ringtone.... does it mean i can only hear those ringtones where ever i go ??? when i can hear nothing, the volume/ringer bar suddenly gone. i've suck/blow the dock connector and the headphone jack. i've restore and reinstall the firmware. model IPHONE 4 cdma, IOS 7.1.2. then what should i do ?? this is frustating me. this also affect to video

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this article Troubleshooting iPhone hardware , you'll have to get your phone checked by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider.

Acoustic-speaker/microphone/receiver

Get help with these issues:

No sound or distorted sound from speaker

Microphone issues

Receiver issues

No sound through stereo headset

i don't know but i think my phone trap on headphone mode... is there any solution to get out from this crazy situation ???

but even it's on headphone mode, it pause randomly and need to replug the headphone to hear the sound again, but suddenly it pause again

Are you using the headphones that came with the phone?

Did you try another pair of headphones?

If other headphones do not work as well, this might be hardware related and the phone has to be checked.

i've used my sister's iphone 5 headset too, but the same thing happen. this situation is getting worst every day. now i'm out of idea

One more ting to try before you'll have to get it checked, set it up as new device without using the latest backup. This way you can rule out a software issue, in case your backup contained damaged data. If this does not work either, this is hardware related and the phone has to be repaired.
