Is true the location on find my iphone

IS the right location that says in the find my iphone app true thats were the iphone is at right were it says

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.1

No. It's an approximate location. Accuracy is around a 15-20 foot radius. Note that there may be quite a delay between when the location was found and when the information is posted to your map so it is not always a current location. The location information is deleted after 24 hours.
