May 25, 2016 5:48 PM in response to backat1by geoffliang,Managed to remove it.
- Create new contact with just a name; everything else blank.
- Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > My Info > select your newly created contact
- Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > now you can delete the auto populated contact numbers, emails, addresses (tap Edit or swipe left across entries)
- Don't worry if your old data reverts, just go back to My Info and select your newly created contact again
- Repeat steps 3 & 4, or fix fields individually, if necessary. Somehow that works. You might also need to reset your phone after changing My Info.
- Remember to switch My Info back, delete the new contact, and you're done!
Thanks to Blue Fan for the idea.

Jun 14, 2016 5:12 PM in response to geoffliangby Aessocal, worked finally, but make sure the info name is correct (i.e. no middle initial even though it had one for Facebook) and also then we erased the original name and entered it correctly again while set on blank test name ..... finally worked.!! thanks for this approach it worked! once we dealt with the above addition.
