I request unlocked on my iPhone that I brought from Internet and is AT&T and then AT&T approve but I am stuck on the screen does that say I need previous owner Apple ID and password but I don't have the connection to the previous owner so I am stuck ?

Yes. Apple won't remove the lock for anyone other than the original owner(assuming they're alive.)
If you got it through a place such as Amazon or eBay, ask the people operating it for a refund.

You have all the info there is. You MUST get the Apple ID and password which was originally used to activate the phone. Without that the phone is useless to you. Contact the seller and if he cannot provide the information, return the phone for a refund. If you cannot contact the seller, you are stuck. Apple will NOT help you circumvent the activation lock.
