Keyboard shortcut for scrolling through popup windows

How can you skip or scroll through font selection or various plugin theme pop up window without having to click and move your mouse to each different selection? For example, when I use LUT Utility and want to scroll through different color grades I have to use the curser to click on the below or above selection. Is there a way to use arrows or other keys on the keyboard to scroll through faster?

Or when I click on the font window and the popup windows pops up, I have to manually click on each font to see them? Is there a short cut on the keyboard that allows me to quickly go through the fonts?

There are lots of things you can do using the keyboard alone. Just yesterday a new episode of MacBreak Studio had Sam Mestman demonstrating how he could do almost anything without touching the trackpad.

Whenever you have a popup menu you can use the arrow keys to navigate. You can also use page down and page up keys (function+down arrow or up on a laptop or Apple bluetooth keyboard) to move a page at a time. Also, you can press escape or enter to close the popup menu.
