Keychain access keeps popping up. How can i disable or delete it entire from my Mac Book Pro. Kind of a nuisance

Keychain access password requests keep popping up and have tried all possible means to delete or get rid of it to no avail. Need help please as the Apple store in Manchester is inefficient. Need to book appointment for everything even to say hi. Please help
